Founded in 2021, 509 Aviation LLC is based in Spokane, WA. 509 Aviation’s founder, Andy Luebke is an experienced drone (UAV) operator, fixed wing pilot, and an advocate for aviation in the Inland Northwest.  In addition to owning and flying a vintage Piper Cherokee, he is the President of the Spokane Chapter of the Washington Pilots Association, and Vice President of the East for the Washington Pilots Association. In addition to the WPA, he is a member of the advisory board for NewTech Skill Center’s Aviation Sciences Department, is a member of the FAA FAASTeam and is part of the Airport Support Network for AOPA.
